Isn’t referring to a Podcast as simply a pod, akin to referring to a radio or TV show a ‘broad’?

After decades of political activity, I was enlightened today to find out that, as a political pragmatist, I don’t believe in anything. What a sorry description of centrists by Ryan. I shouldn’t be surprised that someone closer to the fringe would be incapable of seeing shades of grey. Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose.

You’re taking what he said too personally, Curtis. I am also a centrist and I believe in a lot of things, as do we all – the problem parties representing us have is the translation of what are often overly nuanced positions into simple, effective messaging. It’s hard to pin down whether a person ‘believes’ anything if they can’t boil it down some.

a key objective of the NDs in Lougheed that you guys didn’t mention is just building experience and capacity. I don’t think they’d really be pouring so much into this race if it were just about giving Jason a little inconvenience.

with only one race going on, they can draw people from across Calgary to get involved (I even recognize some Edmonton activists in the photos on their campaign’s feed) so it’s a good opportunity to develop the foundation for 2019 campaigns. the same goes for Khan and the Liberals, really.
