I made my first visit to the Alberta Legislature visitors gallery in 2 years to watch Environment and Parks Minister Shannon Phillips deliver her maiden speech as the MLA for Lethbridge-West. Ms. Phillips was first elected on May 5, 2015 and was appointed to cabinet soon after.
Her speech is worth watching.
